= Cycling =

Cycling is my addiction. About four years ago I received a bicycle for my birthday after years of roller-blading. Now I just can't get off the saddle. I put around 5000km a year by commuting alone. Yes I commute year round even in our harsh climate. I'm also interested in cyclo-touring and bike advocacy. This page will serve as a place to hold information about cycling and trips I have taken or plan on taking.

 * '''Summer 2008:''' 800Km trip to Rouyn-Noranda in Abitibi, I completed this fully self-supported trip alone in around 7 days.
